В целях получения Банком оригинала ПТС по договорам заключенным в рамках продукта розничного кредитования U-Auto, In order to obtain the original Bank of PTAs under the contracts concluded within the retail lending product U-Auto,

ОБЯЗЫВАЮ: BINDING:

1. 1. Произвести розыскные мероприятия Заемщиков и Поручителей не предоставивших оригинал ПТС в установленный Кредитным договором срок. Perform a search into the Borrowers and the Guarantors do not provide the original title from a fixed term loan agreement.

2. 2. Розыскные мероприятия произвести в соответствии с приложениями. Search activities to produce in accordance with the applications.

На основании Кредитного договора № _________ от __________г. (далее – Договор), заключенного между Вами и КБ «БАНК» (ООО) (далее – Банк), Банк предоставил Вам кредит в размере ______________ для покупки автомобиля. В случае невыполнения вышеуказанных требований Банк будет вынужден обратиться в судебные и правоохранительные органы за защитой своих прав, а также согласно действующему законодательству вправе передать право требования задолженности третьим лицам и обратить взыскание на заложенное имущество.
